Multiple times I had to stop and Google search for what the "next step" was asking for as I simply did not know what they were asking me for. There was also no "button" to click on that would provide an explanation of the item that I was having an issue with. Very frustrating.
Otherwise I think this software package is simply MEH.

I have a little bit of a complicated tax return as a college student with some investments.
The majority of tax preparing software was charging me an arm and a leg in order to file my taxes until I found this useful solution that is both useful and dirt cheap. There might be a little bit of a learning curve to understand the software but once you get it you should be on your way!!! (You get 5 tax returns instead of 1)

Have used the H&R block software for the past 5 years with no issues. However the 2022 edition had so many bugs that it took an extra week to get my tax return accepted by the US government.
Pros: Easy to prepare
