I have tried the 3 major tax software and prefer H&R Block. I hate doing taxes so like is not accurate, but it is the least unpleasant.

Very easy to use. All the guidance when doing my taxes, make me feel comfortable. I have used it for many years, which helps, because it uses info of prior years stored on my computer. It did my state taxes without any input from me, using my federal tax info. The electronic filing is great and the price is reasonable. I received my refunds after four days from filing.

This is an excellent, full-featured, easy-to-use piece of software, provided you can put up with the crashes and restarts. It is the buggiest piece of software I've used in the past year--second place goes to last years version of the same software!
