The federal portion is great and was processed FAST. The CO state was not complete, and I have to wait for state to complete return - bad deal.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Easy to Use, great explanations an making information available if needed as thoroughly takes you through all the various financial data entry aspects of tax return. Then when complete allows for very easy e-file of your completed tax return. From submittal and filing with IRS until the refund was deposited into checking account was 10-days this year. Outstanding for users (as well as suspect the IRS not having to deal with paper). Love this product.
