It's good except you cannot import data from Franklin Templeton. I have to import all that data manually and I hate it.

Easy to use when completing your taxes. Intuitive process and the ability to import last year's tax forms and other data. Easy to print, file and save. The offer for audit assistance is a great added bonus. Looking up specific worksheets is not as intuitive. It takes some additional effort.

I have a large refund due but it can not get out of HRBlock software problems for 4 weeks and counting. All I get is that they are working on it. Really? First I had to wait for a connection issue with the IRD to be resolved. Now I am just waiting. Don’t go for the early discounts as their software issues are not worked out on the early versions

Had trouble importing last years information .Instead of importing it from last years tax program it wanted to import from a pdf copy an did not get all the information.
Cons: Hard to import documents
