No issues with software (which was excellent as in other years) but one with follow-up: filed state electronically and program information stated an email would notify me when refund was issued -- refund has been issued but no email has been received.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

I have confidence in the Fed return; however, some strange things happened regarding the refund amount (w/o any obvious explanations) while doing the Colorado return. Hence, I lack confidence in my state return, which I don't like.

I had a problem with this year version: when trying to fill out the Name field, the system gave an error, same situation happened when you try to fill out the name of the Town where you live.
It said : “ name must start with a letter”. My name and township names start with a letter. It was tricky to get this finished.
Please fix this issue.

The software leads you through the steps of filing a return in a logical manner. In one instance it said I needed to complete a form. When presented a form there were no instructions for the form and I had to try to figure it out on my own. Otherwise the software made a complicated task simpler.
