Buggiest software yet

I have spent several hours over the last month trying to get my taxes done. This last time, I ended up rebooting the Mac in order to solve an issue. I really do not think HRblock is doing any sort of software testing of their product before they release the code. If one must reboot after an update, state it. This last time, it got caught in a loop saying it needed to update. again, poor QA on the their software engineering group for pushing out software that is not ready or has not been tested.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We've used this for several years and have found it to be the most user-friendly tax software. The only thing they could improve were the instructions for paying taxes due with a check when you file electronically. This process is not clear.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

My return is relatively simple. Income: withdrawals from retirement fund, social security income, income from a few stocks: Deductions: state tax and charitable donations. With HR Block it is goes quickly. Only the royalty piece is a little confusing, but not very.

A really nice product. I noticed that it did not have many banks listed to download my interest. But it was simple to enter the interest directly from my mailed forms. A couple of sections were confusing, but I figured them out. I was a bit apprehensive in switching since I used another product for years. This product is cheaper than the other one I normally use, so I saved money. I will use it again next year.
