State e file failed

The state efile failed with a missing pdf message. Level 2 support said with for next update and see it that fixes it. Not much help.

I bought the hr block Deluxe + State software and installed on a pc. It was easy to use as always. There is a small miscalculation in the software on MO state 1040 form where it calculated amount of tax owed. The state caught the error after filing and I got a bigger refund. I thank GOD for that!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Whether I’m using the Basic or Deluxe software, I’d like to be presented with the Standard Deduction amount and if I choose to take it, be able to skip filling out the itemized deduction.
Most importantly: For the state of Utah software, please remove the requirement to provide the State and State Payer’s ID number because not all 1099-R from institutions show these information. For example Chase Bank do not provide their State Payer’s ID. The Utah state return keeps giving an Item Error message pertaining to this entry when it is left blank.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

Very happy with H&R Block Deluxe & State Tax Software. Been using Tax Cut all the way back to 1997 when it was Kipplinger Tax Software!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
