when the taxes were ready to send I had an activation software bug. I was fixed promptly

I have always used TurboTax in the past but decided to give H&R Block software a try this year. Imported previous data from TurboTax without any problems. Very clear and smooth interface to prepare your taxes. Worked just as well as TurboTax at a better price. I plan to use again next year

Difficult to navigate

Program was difficult to navigate between pages, especially when reviewing.
The Program updates wouldn't load.
I couldn't pay the calculated fines because of this. Kept getting error messages.

Very user friendly. Although, I have been using H&R Block software for years so maybe I'm biased. Confidence factor is good.
