Generally I am quite satisfied with the software , and interview process. Some of the questions are not clear, and without a pop-up explanation. But mostly very good. I've been a user for over 10 years.

I would like to have a report that compares key report lines from my prior year return with this years return, side by side. That would allow me to identify any instances where the new year is significantly greater (or less) from last year. I would pay extra for this functionality.
