good, but huge problems with e-file

E-filed fed and state. had to re-efile fed due to typo which caused program to 'forget' the state had been e-filed also. after talking to an agent I re-e-filed state, which caused the program to forget the federal had been e-filed. I'm amazed this well established program could have a programming error like this in it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Good program overall. Liked it as much or more than Turbo Tax, which I used for many years. On the bad side, the program would not allow me to e-file my state return because I had more than 9 dividend payers. That seemed quite odd and was really inconvenient. There was also an issue with an alert that kept appearing prior to filing. I never could figure out what the heck it was referring to and spent a lot of time trying to bypass the alert and get on with filing. Other than those two issues, I liked the program and will possibly use it again...but only if the "more than 9 dividend payers" thing is resolved for the Alabama state return. (That was never an issue with Turbo Tax.)

Been using the SW for years. Helpful. Phone support when needed. Easy filing. Suggest adding to instructions that if file electronically you do NOT have to mail anything to IRS or VIrginia, in my case. I ended up printing multiple copies in anticipation of mailing a signed copy with W-2s.
