Terrible this year

Return has been in Pending status for several days. Yesterday I was told accepted by IRS. Today it is still in Pending status. Now I am told it was never transmitted to IRS. Which is it? I have used TaxCut for many years. Very disappointed this year.
Regarding the state return, when I went to e-file, I got a message that the state return needs to be paper filed.

Great product for another year

I've used this product for as long as I can remember and have always been pleased. I needed to file an amendment this year for the 1st time, and that worked well.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Software Crashes Multiple times

Have used HR Block for many years with no problem........until this year!
Software crashes many times with having to enter drivers license and bank account info

Been using this tax software for many years and have never been disappointed. Downloads and install easily and walks you through it step by step. It downloads all the pertinent info from the previous year and all you have to do is enter the new years numbers and add or subtract new items. Entered all the new data, printed both federal and state forms, and e-filed both returns in a half hour, or so.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

The Best Tax Software.

This is my 6th time using this software and it has made doing my taxes so easy. The checks at end of doing a return are big help to fix things if you make a mistake. I definitely would recommend this software

Almost complete service

I use this service for my entire family and currently there are 7 tax calculations performed on an annual basis. I only regret 1 thing, Many years ago you use to enclude 1 free state return in your electronic submissions. I would like to see the state return again provided for at least one return.

I have been using this software for the last 15 or more years. I have never had any issues with the software or my filings. I worked in finance most of my career so I have a good understanding of taxes and I find H & R Block software fills my needs completely!

Good software. Walked me through some of the steps I wasn’t too sure about. Includes e-file. Prepared the forms and worksheets I would have taken way longer trying to find from IRS Publications. Good stuff.
Only gripe is it didn’t catch some of the W-2 data and I had to enter some boxes manually even after it processed them.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
