Good but could not download Schawb accounts

A good tax program but H&R needs to field test ability to download appropriate Schwab borkerage tax data

EXCELLENT PRODUCT, BUT IT CARRIED TO AGI FROM 2022 INCORRECTLY TO MY RETURN, CAUSING ME TO HAVE TO CHANGE THE AGI, AND REFILE. I HAD TO PAY STATE FILING FEE AGAIN IN ORDER TO GET IT TO PROCESS. THIS IS NOT FAIR THAT I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY AGAIN FOR STATE WHEN IT WAS YOUR ERROR.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Althought my original download experience software problems, the software staff at H7R Block were able to resolve my problems and I'm happy to report I have now successfully file my 2022 Taxes. I am happy with the prompt and professionsl service I received.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lots of bugs in software

Having trouble trusting the product. Didn't properly download 1099B tax info from brokerage site. Forced me to go in and redo each transaction. Won't let me make a PDF copy of file.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

Big Disappointment !!!

I have been using H&R Block tax software for over 15 years and thought it was really good until this year's edition. The 2022 edition is not as user friendly as in years past. When I was finished I discovered there was a "bug" in the print function where all characters printed were in an estimated font size of 16-18 and was too big to fit on one page. I tried using the software support option which was a waste. No one could help me so I gave up. I will most probably switch to Turbo-Tax for next year's tax preparation.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Need a little more work

I was under the belief that when you purchase a software you would get all the forms at the time of purchase. I missed entering some information due to not knowing the timing of reporting information to the IRS. By the time I could get the form to send a amendment I received a refund check. Wish all forms included.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
