Don't use if you bank with WellsFargo or have K1's

Need better K1 logic.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

This is the second year that I’ve used H&R Block Deluxe Federal for my taxes. I used to use TurboTax but last year it gave me problems so I switched to H&R Block and haven’t gone back. I’ve been happy so far and never experienced any issues.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

It allowed me to download last year's tax return from TurboTax as a PDF file, so it save me some time. I had a problem with the 1099-B forms which I allowed this software to download directly. Some of the entries did not get inserted with the correct name of the investment transaction. The other issue I have is I cannot seem to find the way to download a PDF file of my completed tax return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I enjoyed using the HRB package. First time user. Some improvements in explaining lead in to topics would be helpful. Such as checklist of all items prior to start. If I didn’t know what I was supposed to include for income or deduction, I would have missed some items.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare

Excellent product.. Especially helpful in ongoing years as the previous year information is pre filled in. Great for w-2's and loss carry forwards.
One product feature request. It was very clunky to figure out how to direct a portion of your refund to US I-bonds. No option to select this choice - but I did find how to do it through the a google search of your product. And them some system glitches regarding the sequence that you enter the information. Would be nice question feature to ask at the refund screen and then take you to Form 8888 directly.

tried to send negative review and did not go through. so inaccurate title. very disappointed with product since it did not save properly. not sure if I was the problem, but either way should not have happened. Very concerned on not being able to pull up submitted tax return.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare
