Had trouble entering AGI

Could not properly print my return. The whole right side with my entries was not showing. and did not print.
Cons: Time consuming

Fast, easy approach to a dreaded endeavor

We've been using Tax Cut Deluxe for about 20 years now. Simplifies an arduous process. This year was the first time we were able to file electronically. IRS would never accept our PIN. This year we entered zero for the prior years adjusted gross income PIN and they accepted! Eight days later we had our fed refund! State of Oregon still can't handle modern tax software, so waiting on that one filed by snailmail still. Overall very pleased with Tax Cut Deluxe for a very long time.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Several Problems

Could not import from Wells Fargo Advisors ( major item) . Got through federal return finally and on NY State return was flagged because of invalid drivers license. I had input exactly as on my license (with spaces). Took out spaces, then was flagged as it did not match federal return. Took a lot of trial and error to great back to location in Federal return to remove spaces in drivers License number. Which was NOT flagged as being incorrect.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed - several issues

I have used HRB for last several years without issues, this time different. The import of my W2 did not capture all the information & had to manually enter. Worst was the print to PDF would not work. I keep all documents as PDF & if this doesn't work will not use HRB in future.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

How to end out

Filling in the tax info is easy but how do you get out of the program. printing the state return is not easy,it wants to print federal----very frustrating
