Great Program

I have used this program for over 15 years and would not use another one. It is very easy to use and answers all questions that I have had. I highly recommend this program.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Not Ready for Release at the Start of the Tax Seas

The software works well, and is easy to follow. Importing tax data from various sites was very simple. I've been using this software for 27 years.
The issue I had with it this year was that it was not ready for release when the IRS was ready to receive. One of the forms on the software program I needed to prepare my tax return was not ready until February 17. I looked at the IRS website, the form I needed was released by the IRS in November. As a reult, I had to delay filing filing my taxes about 3 weeks.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Deluxe plus State

We are not happy with the H and R Block online program. For the past 2 years we have had to pay an additional fee for the State filing each year. The program states that the state is included with the Deluxe software price. This is very deceptive.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use software

This is about the 25th time I'm using H&R Block software and it is so easy to use. Keeps your return up to date and e'filing is terrific. I can't say much more than , do not hesitate to purchase and use this software!
Pros: Easy to prepare

Had a problem with my 1099G for state refund. Would not accept filing my state return until I manually entered the state's id and address. When I did this form I was not asked for thinsinfo. My state does not send out 1099G
I would recommend this to a friend!

Vermont printing

I filed my FED. return with e-file and it was accepted by IRS , I tried to file my Vt. return by mail but the forms did not print properly , the printing was huge and so pages contained only partial data , I called your people and they say I will be contacted with a resolution within 5 days , the cover pages printed properly so I think it is a problem of your software. Gene

Do not remember exactly how many years I have been using this software, but so far it has always done a good job for me. This was my first-year filing single (widowed) And you guided me right through, thank you and will see you again next year.

Software not ready for prime time

Tried to file my federal return yesterday and my return got rejected. The error was because of a problem with H&R's software. My buddy used a competitor's tax program and he already filed and got his refund. Doesn't say much for H&R's tax program.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
