Very disappointed - 2022 federal efile failed

I’ve always used HRBLOCK to file my taxes without a problem. And this year me federal tax efile return was rejected due to an error on HRBLoCK software that will take through early March to fix!!!
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use and checks to make sure you don't overlook anything. Final check allows to correct or adjust any missing information.

Federal worked great except

My Montana state quarterly estimated payments would not transfer to the Montana return. Had to override on the state return, so I had to file the state by hard copy. Somewhat inconvenient, but other than that I was pleased with the software.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Errors in H&R Block software

HNB correctly entered my Indiana State refund data for 2021 to my 2022 interview page. However, the refund amount was not carried over to the 1040-SR form, line 8.
I only discovered this after I had electronically submitted my return to the IRS. Now I am going to have to file a 1040X, after HNB figures out how I can enter this information onto the 1040. As it stands I have under-reprted my income to the IRS.

I had to reinstall state this year but other than that, no problems and I have been using this for about 5 years now.
