I have used H&R Block for many many years. In years past I would’ve given a solid five stars for the program. However this year the directions weren’t as explicit and it didn’t walk me through step-by-step as clearly as it has in years past. So this year for my tax software program from H&R Block I’m only going to give a rating of three stars.

It is easy to use the software to do the tax. I never had problem before in downloading the software, filling the tax return or printing it. However this year there is a big problem in printing the return. When I try to print or save as pdf file, the page is zoomed in to about 50% and the page becomes very small. No one knows how to solve this problem.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
