I had all kind of problems ,it gave me the wrong agi total from last year return. And the fed rejected my return. The state want to know when I graduate from college and I never said I went to college or had a loan. Software is bad .

Excellent. Converted from TurboTax and like it much better.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have used this software forever and this is the worst year I have ever had. It would not recognize the twon I live in and then would not recognize a pin I had to enter to efile.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mac won’t print

I’ve used this very successfully for years on my Mac. This year everything was fine again until I tried printing final copy before submitting online. Print only shows left side of forms in over large font. No way to reduce scale to show whole page. Scary to not be able to review forms before submitting but I did & IRS accepted so hopefully I’ll be ok. Just no paper copy for my files (and no pdf as it has same problem).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Says 5 free Fed E-file….. but I was charge 9:95 for my one and only filing!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I have been using H & R Block Deluxe for many years. I find it very easy to use and have had no problems with filing. Thank you for taking all the stress out of filing income tax.
Pros: Easy to prepare

State taxes.

I moved to a state that has no state taxes. I would assume from the address I provided you would not try to get me input state wages from W-2 when there is none. Your programmers missed that one.
