Better than last year!

Last year there were glitches that even the technical experts couldn’t fix. As a result it inputted my income as 21/2 times what it is. Then it was carried over to the state household income which caused d me a huge problem with my state tax department. Because I didn’t want to use TurboTax I took another chance on HRBlock software. This time I had no problems and everything went smoothly and accurately! Way better than last year!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Deluxe Software: Site added exempt dividends to the total taxable amount.

I bought the deluxe state and federal e-filing thing for 2020 to enter the code, filed my taxes, and I still had to pay to file my state taxes even though I wasn’t supposed to.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Tax Software....Bad Printing Experience

Software was awesome....as usual. Buy it every year. When printing, software scales up page content size and it's impossible to print without cutting off right hand of each page. Impossible to scale down. This issue is evident back two years in internet comments...come on HR block...this is an issue that needs fixed

More difficult than last year

Much harder to follow this year and instructions not as clear. Did not import last years data. Need to make more user friendly,
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
