I have used the H&R Block Deluxe Software for about 5 years. I wouldn’t consider any other software for my taxes. Easy import of previous year info, completion & e-file.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Have used HR Blick software fir over a decade. I find it easy to use. But there us plenty if built in help if you need it. I havent needed the Audit Guarentee but its great to know its available if needed.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

The newest version of H&R Block did not allow me to electronically send my state taxes because I itemized. This caused a huge issue for me. Federal return was fine but issue with the state may have to change to Turbo Tac next year
