The program is simple and complete. I used Turbotax before, that program tries to be too "cute and pretty". Taxes are a lot of BS, The simpler the program- the better.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Odd that one of the principal opponents of simplified tax-filing (where the government lists all your known income (it's reported by all the payees to reduce their own tax burdens) and you verify it) wants my opinion on how helpful they are at cleaning up the mess they helped create... maybe they could champion the simple version? but then they would have to get real jobs.

I've used a few other companies tax software in the past but I prefer H&R Block's software. It just seems to be more user friendly. Some other companies software try to be user friendly by putting in little cartoons and goofy illustrations but that just gets in the way.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
