Software could not interface with IRS to electronically file return due mismatch in verification procedure. IRS requires input of last year's adjusted gross income for each spouse when filing jointly, software asks for it only once. Filed paper copy in February (and again in April when no record of receipt of original copy recorded) and when last checked they had not started processing either one.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
