State version creates an unacceptable deduction

The (Arizona) State version of the program has not handled the AZ tax credits program properly for several years, allowing what amounted to as a double deduction that is not allowed.
In addition, the (Arizona) State version consistently leaves out a form that is required to do an electronic filing (Form 343). The program tells me to go on-line to get the form myself and to mail it in. This is very counter-productive and against one of the main reasons I purchase a tax program.

reasonable program until you get to end and attempt to file electronically. Too many steps to follow and when you think you are finished, it has you go through a number of additional pages. Am sure there are a lot of filers that thought they had filed and then had to check with irs to see if the filing was actually received.
