The software is extremely well thought out, nimble and incorporates every change in the tax law each year. It is easy to use and navigate. We have used it for decades and have the assurance that nothing will go wrong. The only reason for not providing a 5-star rating is the price. There needs to be a better discounting structure for long-time customers

One still needs ability to fill out tax forms and read tax instructions other than simple straight forward tax forms that software is good at. The software is not good at filling out your health forms.

I thought the software was very easy to use and would ask the right questions when I wasn't sure if it applied to me or not. The help feature was also very good. I did find it a little confusing when I wanted to jump from form to form. But that could just be me
