I had read that e-filing my federal taxes meant I would get my refund faster. This was a year with a simple tax return for me, so I decided to give tax software a try. In the past I had always filed using paper returns. There is a learning curve, but because my tax return was simple, the learning curve was manageable. I will use H&R Block tax software next year, now that I know how it works.
Fed and state tax returns "accepted" but money not withdrawn. Cant reach a person with IRS or HR Block. Filing fees paid, receipts for both. What good is software if cant take it to the finish line? Suggestions?
H&R Block tax software is a professional application of IRS and state software. It's easy to use and very accurate, although a review of applicable government documentation should also be reviewed for some areas of the applicable tax codes.
I have used either TurboTax or HRBlock every year for many years. They both reduce what can be an unbelievably complicated and difficult process to manageable proportions.
