I've used this software for years, but this time I could not easily import my Schwab investment info pdf into my return. instead i had the tedious task of doing it by hand. I waited and waited for this to be fixed--very disappointing. Please fix this issue and let me know that you have done this before I consider repurchasing. Also, it would have been nice to have an easier way to contact your techs about such issues.

A good tax preparation software for individuals and small businesses. Can be a little tedious in asking questions that are not appropriate. If they could, at the start of the process, determine what one's tax status was, some of these endless questions could be eliminated.
