Great, mostly automated product for a pretty good price. Import your data from last years' return, plug in a few new numbers, and the software does the rest. You really can' ask for much more... Well, maybe not having to pay taxes at all would be better, but this runs a close second since you have to pay them anyway.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Difficult to get assistance when audited by the IRS and in the end, was no assistance at all. Not only did the IRS assess more taxes, but also interest and a penalty. I see the questionable entry on the return, but I still do not know why the entries were wrong.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

H&R Block's Tax Software is very easy to use and makes filing painless. It Simply asks you questions to aid in filling in which ever line your on. I've been returning for years after having my PC freeze with Turbo Tax.

Like the program because I've been using it for years. What I don't like is the limited amount of Federal returns I'm limited to. Do returns for my family on an annual basis. Some I have to use other FREE programs for to file Federal returns because of the limit. State only allows refund returns to be filed online. Loosen up with your return limits!!! I'm not a business just a guy filing for his family...For what I pay for the program I should be able to file at least (minimum) 10 returns. Others are FREE!!!
