Okay, but still needs improvement on the support part and for first timers. Some of the verbiage was a little misleading and made it difficult to decipher. The support for chat was just crazy. I waited for hours at 100 in line, then went to next in line, then back to like seven then kicked me out. I think, if you had short video clips would help significantly (to show different scenarios).
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I've been using H&R Block for many years and I've always been happy with it. This year was no exception. It's easy to load data from the prior year. When I went from being an employee to being retired, the software made it easy to transition to new sources of income like pensions, social security, and required minimum distributions from 401Ks.

I’ve been using H&R Block tax software for years. It’s the most easiest and reliable tax software I’ve ever used. It painlessly guides you through the tax filing process and answers any and all questions you may have. You also have H&R tax advisor help if you need it. You can’t get better online tax filing software then this, and I’ve tried them all. It gives me peace of mind that my taxes are filed right and the IRS won’t come knocking at my door. I highly recommend this software!

Be wary if you live in NYC & make NYC estimated tax payments. It only calculates NY State Estimated payment! It leaves out the city payments & doesn’t transfer them to the appropriate lines o the state return!!!!
