I have been disappointed with software bugs. This past year, I could not file electronically in my state because of a software bug, and that has delayed my refund. Last year a bugs led to several bad tax calculations. There is no good way to even report these bugs and it has been hard to get assistance. The good thing is that it does save me time in tax preparation.

All forms needed to file online aren’t included.

Product does NOT contain all of the forms for the State of Arizona. As a result I had to mail in my State taxes instead of filing online resulting in about a month delay in getting my refund. This is not the first time that all the necessary forms to file were not included in the software. Very disappointing.

I have been using this software for years. It walks you through most items. There were a couple of items where I wasn't sure how to fill in but a little research and reading the information from the IRS helps. There were also a few places where a better explanation would be helpful. Nevertheless it gets the job done!
