I’ve used the product for almost a decade. It’s been great until 2021. Almost needed to buy TurboTax. Software glitch after software glitch. The Mac version of the product kept crashing.
Pros: Easy to import documents

Great software with free Federal E-files included. However, you get stuck on the State. The software may be free, but there is a cost to file. So, then you have to print and send all the materials in the mail or pay quite a bit. It may be worth it for some, but our state allows us to file for free on line.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
