I've used this software for many years. It's easy to navigate and understand. Very helpful. I only gave it 4 stars because the last 2 years it has said I was eligible for stimulus money which I wasn't. Maybe all the tax software has done this though.

The Software seems to work ok. IT is not as transparent as i would like. The issue is finding the service at the best price. Some years it is the online version. some years the downloadable software is the best price all providing the same service, at least by name. If I am picking the same level of service e then why the different prices?
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Two persistent bugs spoil an otherwise five star rating: One, the printing at the end is confusing as to when you print a backup, and the filing instructions should be separate - no need to waste paper on the file copy. Two, the Michigan return has all the information to decide if the pension is taxable but leaves it to the filer to decide. If I have to consult an accountant, then I'm wasting money on the program. I've pointed this out every year, but it never gets fixed.
