I have been using H & R Block Deluxe + State for about a decade or so. I don't, and wouldn't use anything else. Fortunately I file a simple return that includes itemized deductions. The program walks me right through everything and I have never had an issue.

I have used H&R Block Deluxe software for calculating my taxes for many years. I have found this software to be accurate, easy to use and I believe it provides the best return for the money of any tax software. If you need more than a basic return, but do not need an advanced business program, this is the program for you. It easily handles the most common forms of income from employment, retirement, and investments. It is a good value and a program you can trust. I do.

Federal part was easy. We had to file 2 states, and the form we needed from one of them the software didn't have (didn't know this until after we'd paid to file the second one). Tried using the help chat feature and got nowhere.
