The interview process is generally straightforward. My HR Block eFile returns have always been accepted by IRS. And the downloadable State tax programs are a real time saver since the Federal IRS data is automatically transported to the State 1040 return.

Works very well for simple returns. There are some more complex forms such as schedule E for partnerships that are weakly supported. For my state return (AZ) there are missing forms that prevent e-file and thus require paper returns to be filed.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

It's a very easy program to use and I have done so for 14 years. HOwever, occasionally it is difficult to find a particular issue or answer a certain question. All in all, I am satisfied but I wish some of the input questions covered more specific cases.
