Easy user interface and logical data entry by income and deduction categories. Good explanation popups for many entries. Easy e-filing and payment options. A little annoying at the end - they always seem to have 2 or 3 missing or confusing items on their own background worksheets that MUST be fixed before filing. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.

Pricing for extras for H & R Block Deluxe edition

Good product at a good price but any extra state programs or state filing fees almost always cost more than the original program. I have complained about this in almost every review that I have submitted, but it has NEVER been acknowledged.
