Had some trouble navigating at first, direction required me to go back multiple times to make sure i entered data correctly. Once I became familiar able to complete correctly.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

It did not include my state tax refund as income so I had to submit an amended return by hand. The state return got stuck at the end and would not report the results, so I had to also do this by hand and submit it separately. It turned out to be double the work.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

I switched from Turbotax when they eliminated features in the Deluxe version in order to force upgrades.
HR Block software did the job for me. I do 3 to 4 returns each year and am totally satisfied.

I have used this program for many years, when it was known as Tax Cut. Block makes changes every year to “improve quality or user friendliness “. Fact is, friendliness is on a downhill slide. I made the decision this year would be my last. I am going back to paper forms.
