I'm currently having a problem with get my state tax refund. I don't know where the problem is. It must be an interface problem. I submitted the return but never got a message back acknowledging its receipt.

It is pretty good. Have been using it for last 25 years. My taxes have been simple. Not sure how it will work for complicated tax situations.

I've been a long time user of H&R Block tax software. Have tried using other tax software and found them to be too simplistic and lacking. The Block tax software is very complete and easy to use. Have recommended H&R Block tax software to several friends and they tell me the same thing. Complete package and easy to use.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

This software is easy to use and support is easy to reach. I have been using it for years, to do my taxes, and four friends (because you get five free federal e-files!). One of my friends is self-employed as a handyman and another is a retired gentleman with a pension. The software does all the work by just asking me questions. I have used other software but like this the best.

Amount to refund was shown incorrect in the GUI, the worksheet was fine. Final results were correct, however I had to fill in another free online tax filer to ensure it was correct. Might as well use a free one.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
