Import is easy but the help files are really poor. They do not give a good explanation nor really help you. Waiting on the phone for an answer when you're trying to get the task complete does not leave one feeling good about the product. And trying to decide what form you need if you have anything you are not familiar with is tricky as well. But supposedly they will come with you to an audit, which I've been lucky enough not to have to test that feature
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

The H & R Block Deluxe 2021 software is easy to use, and provides enough technical assistance and backup from trained professionals to make completing taxes easy to do and less frustrating than other software packages that I have used. The questions asked are straightforward and help to make completing the information that is transposed onto the tax forms easy to do and provides the maximum refund for my tax situation.
