This is a great product, especially if your taxes aren't too complicated. Even with a small business, this product makes the process simple--just answer all the questions and you're done! Having done my taxes without software for years, now I always use tax software, and this product has been my go-to tax software for the last 5 years.

Said I was due an additional rebate recovery. I still got a refund but IRS reduced it due to me not being eligible for it even though the software said I was due it. Big problem bug in software that should of been caught before being published. Lucky I was not audited yet.

You submited the Federal form, but you did not include the payment that was authorized at the time I paid for the software. Now I get a demand letter for the balance WITH interest that I would not be paying 4 months later
