I have been using H&R Tax software for many years. Never a problem. This year the software asked if I got my 3rd Stimulus check. I answered no, and my refund was significant. However, I received a notice from the IRS that my refund would be reduced to about one third of what I was expecting.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve been using H&R Block tax software since the mid 90’s and have always found it easy to use. It is particularly useful in the state I live in now, where the state form is worse than the federal forms.

Very easy to go through, it checks every little deduction you could possibly get and it submitted the federal taxes for you for free. I have used H&R BLOCK software for years. I even got my sister-in-law to use it and she is a first time do it your seller tax person and she went through it with ease.
