We usually use H&R Block software or go in person, this year there was a glitch with claiming our hybrid vehicle purchase, now we are being reviewed and still haven’t received our refund.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used this product for 10 years. It has met all of my needs. I would not even want to attempt to do taxes without it. I had to file an amended return this year because I fed it incorrect information. It even helped me do that!
