I've used H&RB since 2008. Bought the software. Had no problems until this year. Couldn't get help from H&RB office and unable to figure something the IRS needed.

I used this for years. It's a pain now and I'll probably switch next year. It only added the ability for me to import my stocks towards the end of March, so I completed my taxes much later than I wanted to.
Cons: Hard to import documents
