I have used H&R Software more than 10 years. I find it easy to follow. It is accurate and I don't have any issue with the software.
I don't use some features like extract information from my financial institution but overall it is great.

I have been using H&R Block Software for years. I very much like the software and recommend it. The only areas that need improvement are the self help documentation about tax forms and the print drivers that can occasionally be problematic.
