H&R Block Deluxe Software always does exactly what I need it to with no surprises. I find it easy to use in both the interview mode as well as the "fill in the forms" mode, which I tend to prefer. The price and features remain consistent and competitive which is important to me. Filing online and the included state forms are icing on the cake. This long-term user is very satisfied.

After six call transfers and four hours, no one was able to answer my question. Last transfer picked up and hung up on me before either of us said anything. It was then almost quoting time for them, so no surprise. I gave up.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
