Used for multiple years, problem with filling. Refused to accept my Adjusted Gross from last year which blocked me from being able to e-file. Paper filing with certified mail adds additional costs to filing, as well as inconvenience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The program is very easy to use. The way it's set up helps first timers progress through the different topics. It's also easy to navigate back and forth through the topics, and has good help features. If you already know what you're looking for the "take me to" button will put you anywhere you want, and the forms section will let you pull up or print any form you need.

No nonsense tax software for the beginner or the most experienced. Core information and carry forwards are pre filled in and retained for your subsequent returns, making tax prep easy and efficient. I have been using HR Block for more than 20 years and Give it my highest recommendation.
