I've used H&R Block since it came out as tax cut, except for one year when I tried Tubo Tax. Never went back. I honestly think HRB is a bit rougher than some competitors, but I still prefer it.

The worst thing about this software is you don't give clear instructions on the income area, especially the stocks. There is terminology you have to figure out and it is not included in your software. I finally logged onto YouTube and listened to another company's instructions to figure it out.
