HRB Tax Software is easy to use, accurate, and thorough for home use. Only issue is not building the Fed and/or State Tax Return. The issue I have had for two years is the initial software install; having to contact HRB Support to obtain an alternate on-line link to install the software which loads successfully. Having to seek assistance and another software source link to download and install island troublesome and time consuming. Otherwise the Tax tools and completeness of the Tax software and periodic updates generally driven by the IRS release of Form's changes is easy and necessary.

Your program could not handle my 2020 return as my husband died during that tax year. I'm still waiting for IRS to complete my refund. The return for 2021 seemed to go better Could you refund the purchase price for 2020 or give me credit for 2022?
