Easy to use software. Especially like that prior year data is automatically filled in. The software is thorough as it leads you through all aspects of the return. More info and help features clearly explain different tax questions you may have. Filing is simple and quick with notifications on acceptance of return. Have been using the software for many years and will continue to use it because of its value.

Does not catch errors that are related to an overridden field.
Case in point-overidden fields on SocSec schedule not agreeing

The product is fairly easy to use and creates accurate tax statements in a reasonable amount of time. I find it to be much easier to use than its competition. I switched a few years ago and I won't go back!

I am a 95-year-old retired public practice CPA. I like all the features, especially the ability to bring forward information from the past year. I only have to update repeat items instead of having to enter everything. Some practitioners saw Block as a competitor. I thought they helped a lot of people that needed help that would not fit into our practice.

Well i have never had any problems with this software in probably 15 plus years well 2021 was not the case my calculations with this software were wrong way off and i cant get the Government to give me the time of day every time i have call them they say please call back another day please help me figure out why this happened please help
