Sometimes I have to go down a rabbit hole off the software to find the answer to a question that I have, but generally this a good software for doing taxes, and I would recommend it.

OK, some problems and no free state tax e-filing

It should include free state tax e-filing but does not. I also had difficulties filing out items as the instructions and links were not great.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
