I had many difficulties downloading the applications and program that it became very frustrating. I used 3 different computers before I could get it to work. Never had this problem with a CD and online help was not very beneficial. I don't think I'll be using it any longer
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

overall, the HRB software and guided input works just fine. I did have a problem with the refund calculation: HRB said I would get $1400 MORE than the IRS paid me. That was a disappointment.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I have found it accurate and accepted by IRS and State with no formal audit. One time a Qualified Charitable Contribution was questioned by IRS and via IRS web site, I was able to send additional info and mater was solved as return was filed
