I've used H&R Block most of our married life, after doing taxes for them for 8 years, in a store front. They're easy to work with, should you have a download problem.

I am not completely confident that everything is covered. Just from a comparison with turbo tax. But turbo once ripped me off so I won’t use them. Navigation back n forth between sections could be a lot better.

I have used Turbo tax for years and had some trouble this year with it. So I thought I would try H&R Block. I found that H&R Blocks program is easier to use and more user friendly.

This software is designed for basic tax returns but not for complicated S Corp taxes. When an accounting firm audited my returns I learned that I overpaid thousands.

Easy to use. Some questions during entry require more explanation. But that is because of the complicated tax laws. Like that you can chat with someone, if you have tax related questions.
